  • My box arrived damaged, what do I do?

Contact us directly and one of our representatives will help you make a claim in which an investigation process starts. While the process takes place we replace the damaged goods.


  • I received the wrong flavor, what now?

We try our best to ensure this does not happen, but we are not perfect and if this happens to you please call us right away. We will ship another box and help you return the wrong one.


  • My package got lost. The tracking says delivered, but I did not received it, what do I do?

Don't worry, we ship through FedEx which helps us get proof of delivery and the location of the package if stolen, so you sit back and relax as we ship another to you and we handle the investigation.


  • I put the wrong address on the order, what do I do?

If your item was already shipped, you can easily contact FedEx and have them reroute your package. If you encounter issues doing this, please contact us right away.


  • I received a damaged packaged and now I only want a refund, can I do that?

We are sorry the package we prepared for you did not arrive well, but we do not do refunds. We will gladly replace the package with our Fedex Express shipping or you can get a credit.
